Raspberry Blondies features a white chocolate brownie with raspberries. These blondies are so delicious with a little tart and sweetness from the raspberries and creamy goodness from the chocolates. They are great as an afternoon snack for you and your kids.

Raspberry Blondies
150g Unsalted butter
130g White Chocolate
100g Milk Chocolate
200g light, soft brown sugar
80g Caster sugar
250g Plain flour
1 tsp Baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
2 Large eggs
2 tsp vanilla extract
100g Raspberry (fresh)
3 Tbsp freeze-dried raspberry
