It's now time for our warehouse team to quality check your products to ensure they are made according to the approved design. Using the barcodes on your products, the cartons are scanned into our warehouse management system and a freight company will be allocated to manage the delivery.
It is extremely important that we are provided all special requirements to ensure your delivery arrives on time and without any additional costs.
If you require any of the following, let us know ASAP so we can make arrangements:
- Storage in our warehouse
- Delivery on a specific day
- No forklift on site - tail-gate/indivudal carton delivery required
- Change shipping address

Once your items are dispatched from our warehouse, you'll receive email/sms updates from us and our freight partners. A friendly reminder if you have a balance owing on your order, ensure you're ready to finalise payment upon delivery.
