Switching to custom packaging for your business can be a difficult process; however, we're the experts and the team is here to help make the journey as easy as possible (and hopefully an enjoyable one!)
We have a 5 step custom packaging process which starts with the design of the product and ends in the finished product being manufactured, packaged and dispatched to you.
As part of our committment in making things easy, we will keep you informed throughout the process as we complete each step. This should help you predict when the items are scheduled to arrive, so you can use up any of your old packaging stock if required.
The first step is Design.
In the Design step, it's important we fully understand your requirements including the purpose of the packaging. For example, a mailing box to be used for an eCommerce store to distribute products via the post. This information provides us a lot of key information so we can make sure the thickness of the box is suitable to withstand the rigorous postal services, the way the box folds so it is easy for warehouse staff to assemble as well as customers to open the package, and the type of printing including any finishing touches such as matte lamination to protect the printing.
We will work with you to ensure the design looks amazing and is suitable for your brand and for manufacturing. Be sure to keep a close eye on your inbox so we can ensure the design step is completed in a timely manner. This will prevent any unexpected delays.
Once the design is finalised we will ask for your final approval. This is an extremely important milestone and will commence Step 2 - Approved Design.
