Choc Peanut Banana Cake features a chocolate cake with bananas, peanut butter and Swiss meringue buttercream in the middle, then covered with marshmallow frosting and buttercream. You can also add sprinkles, marshmallow or white chocolate spheres to make it more tasty and beautiful. This cake is so delicious and is perfect for birthdays and small occasions.

Cake
290g unsalted butter
3 tsp vanilla extract
1 3/4 cups caster sugar
6 eggs
4 cups self-rising flour
½ cup plain flour
1 1/2 cups full cream milk
3/4 cup cocoa powder
1 cup of chocolate chips

Swiss Meringue Buttercream
9 egg whites
2 1/4 cups sugar
675g unsalted butter
A pinch of salt
200g smooth peanut butter

Toppings and fillings
4-5 soft bananas
Small marshmallows
White chocolate (colourful spheres)
Colours and a few colourful petal dust
Colourful sprinkles
